Of the 2,668 people living in Desert View Highlands CDP in 2019, 47.8 percent (1,276) were women and 52.2 percent (1,392) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Cali News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 926-to-833. In the 65 and over age range, there were 193 females and 174 males.
