Of the 78 people living in Alleghany CDP in 2019, 60.3 percent (47) were women and 39.7 percent (31) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Cali News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 47-to-0. All 31 individuals in the 65 and over age range were men.
